K-6 Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Life Skills & Academic Educator to guide students through a dynamic learning experience that blends rigorous academic instruction with hands-on life skill development. This role requires adaptability, creativity, and a passion for fostering both intellectual growth and practical independence in students. Educators will teach core subjects in the morning using Amplify Core Knowledge for history, science, and reading and Eureka Math, while incorporating technology for grammar and digital literacy. In the afternoons, they will lead engaging, hands-on sessions that equip students with essential life skills such as cooking, financial literacy, home maintenance, woodworking, outdoor survival, problem-solving, and teamwork.

K-6 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Teaching certification preferred but not required if experience aligns with the role.
• Experience teaching core academic subjects (history, science, reading, and math) in a structured setting.
• Hands-on experience or expertise in at least one life skill area (e.g., woodworking, cooking, financial literacy, gardening, or home maintenance).
• Ability to integrate technology into classroom instruction.
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for fostering student growth.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A flexible, creative, and student-centered approach to education.

Preschool/Pre-K Educators: Job Overview

Preschool: Qualifications:
